Yard Sale Dates

The Annevar yard sale will be the weekend of July 19-20-21. This decision was made by the HOA Board after questioning if any residents know when the neighboring street has its yard sale.

Winners!

My 8-year old son and I spent over an hour driving the Mayor & Mrs. Seman around Annevar looking at the beautifully-decorated houses. If you haven't driven around, neighbors, please do. There are SO many houses that are decorated for the holiday season. I love that we have had different judges each year we've held the contest. They have all brought a unique eye to the judging. The choices were not easy and were made with great debate!

Lights on!

Remember - lights on by 6:30 tonight! I will be driving Mayor Seman and Mrs. Seman around tonight so they can judge the lights in Annevar. I will post the winners on FB, NextDoor and on our Annevar website. Six households will win $25 gift cards to local establishments. The prizes will be delivered over the weekend. Thanks to everyone who decorated! The neighborhood looks so festive! (PS - I will be driving a white Explorer and going very slowly while looking at houses - don't report me...lol.)

HOA Meeting Agenda

We will have our fall HOA meeting tis Thursday, October 25 starting at 6:00.  We will meet in the downstairs room of the library.  Our agenda is as follows:

HOA Public Meeting

The next meeting of the Annevar HOA will be Thursday, October 25 at 6:00.  We'll meet in the downstairs room at Reed Memorial Library.  Hope to see you there!

HOA Dues

Thank you to everyone who has paid their 2018 dues.  Just a reminder - there is a $25 late fee due with payments received after September 30. 

Unkempt Properties

The HOA has been in contact with the city of Ravenna to investigate unkempt properties in the development. They have made visits, left warnings on front doors and will be back to follow up with the non-compliers. Thanks, everyone, for your patience as we work through the process.

Community Yard Sale

Don’t forget that the community yard sale is June 1st, 2nd and 3rd this year.  A neighborhood permit and newspaper ad will be purchased by the association and signs advertising the yard sales will be placed at the front of the development earlier in the week.  Parking will be restricted to one side of the road as to allow the flow of traffic as well as emergency vehicles to get through as needed.
