Welcome to the official blog for Annevar Estates. The Board of Directors welcomes all visits to this site on behalf of our entire Association. We are a family focused community consisting of over 165 single-family homes. Our development was established in the late 1990's.
All homeowners are required to be part of the Homeowner's Association (HOA). The Association is responsible for the maintenance and taxes of all common areas and designated storm water management areas. The costs are equally divided among the homeowners via collection of Annual Dues of $25.00 each.
