Holiday Lights - Winners!

The annual holiday lights results are in! Ravenna's Police Chief, Jeff Wallis, his wife Cindy, my son Ben and I drove around for over an hour while Chief Wallis judged this year's lights. Thanks to everyone who decorated - you made deciding quite a task this year! Here are our 2019 winners:
Best Theme: 1065 Duxberry (Star Wars)
Best Door Display: 1076 Shrewsbury
Most Elegant: 845 Canterbury
Most Extravagant: 1002 Brittingham
Chief's Choice: 1015 Glenrich
Best Overall: 1072 Brittingham
Congratulations to our winners! More importantly, thanks for participating in this neighborhood event. If you haven't taken a ride around the neighborhood, please do! Winning houses will each receive a $25 gift card to Guido's. I will attempt to deliver prizes tomorrow morning between 10:30-11:00. If you would like to make special arrangements, please message me or comment below.
PS - We will soon be looking for volunteers to plan and/or host the 2020 Easter Egg Hunt. Please message me if you are interested.
Happy holidays, neighbors!

Annevar Roads

Annevar Residents:  Please note that the HOA is NOT responsible for fixing roadways nor are we responsible for snow plowing.  If you have concerns about the condition of the roads within the development and/or other such services, please direct them to the city.

Anonymous letters about this topic sent to the Annevar PO Box will not further your cause, nor does it allow us to help you forward your concerns where they will actually get addressed.

The HOA, however, is responsible for upkeep of the two islands at the entrances to the development.  Please feel free to contact a board member with additional questions as to where our responsibilities lie.
